Notes: Black Ridge bourbon has a pleasant oak, vanilla, and fruit scent. Black Ridge bourbon starts off with a subtle oak taste with hints of vanilla and caramel. It is very smooth with just the right amount of spice. The finish is moderate with a nice almond taste and just a little bite. Black Ridge bourbon is relatively new and when I saw it at the store I had to pick it up. After I sampled it, I did a blind taste test with family and they really enjoyed this bourbon.
