Notes: On the nose there is a sweet and pleasant fruit scent which is very enjoyable. In the mouth this one has a nice fruit taste with a little spice. This is exceptionally smooth with no burn. It is definitely an easy drinker and if you’re looking for something that packs a punch this isn’t it. The finish is moderate, very smooth, with some fruit and vanilla flavors. I enjoyed this one neat and at room temperature. This was a Christmas gift I received but I researched the price and it seems to be a fair price for what you get. Overall, I found this to be a very enjoyable whiskey and one that I would recommend to a friend.

Drinks: Burrough’s Reserve Barrel Aged Gin from Beefeater is gin that is meant to be sipped neat like whiskey. It is aged in oak barrels, amber in color, and still has the great juniper taste you love. Available for around $75.00. Check out more information here.
