Notes: Jim Beam White Label has a light sweet vanilla scent. The taste is light, mellow, and has a very small hint of vanilla. The finish is very short with a slight caramel taste and very mellow. This is a value bourbon and can be purchased at most places for well under $20 dollars. Jim Beam White Label definitely has its fan base but there are far better options out there even in this price range. We enjoyed this one neat, with a splash, on the rocks, and in the cocktail. Jim Beam White Label was best enjoyed in a cocktail.
