Notes: Red Stag Honey Tea has nice burn upfront but like the Black Cherry it is very thick and artificial tasting. There is a strong honey taste that overpowers the slight but noticeable tea flavor. This bourbon is very sweet almost overly sweet with a strong honey taste that overpowers even the bourbon taste. We tried this one neat, on the rocks, and in a cocktail and preferred it in a cocktail.
