Notes: A nice pleasant corn smell with a slight scent of vanilla. At first sip we noticed a nice spicy corn taste with hints of vanilla and grains. You can definitely taste the wheat in this one. This bourbon has a nice consistent mouthfeel that is very drinkable. The finish is moderate with some corn and vanilla tastes. This is very good bourbon and a step above Hudson’s Baby Bourbon. We enjoyed this one neat and with a splash but preferred it neat. The flavor profile is excellent and makes for a very enjoyable bourbon.
