Today we bring you a simple recipe for a Manhattan from our friends at Angel’s Envy. This will be a great way to kick off your weekend. Enjoy! 1 1/2 oz: Angel’s Envy 1/2 oz: Sweet Vermouth 1 dash: Angostura Bitters Garnish: Organic Bing Cherry Chill over ice, strain into glass and garnish.

We had the pleasure of sipping some Whipper Snapper Oregon Spirit Whiskey while watching the Season 6 premiere of Mad Men last night. Although this whiskey is young it has a very mellow smooth corn taste. We will be working on a full rating and review soon.
