premium whiskey brands, announces the launch of Architects of Golf, a new limited-edition<\/p>\n\n\n\n

collection featuring three expressions inspired by the brand\u2019s earliest foundations. Rooted in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

connection and craftsmanship, the collection reflects long rounds on the course, easy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

camaraderie, and the formative vision that helped shape Penelope into the brand it is today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018, Penelope Bourbon began with two friends, Michael Paladini and Danny Polise, 18<\/p>\n\n\n\n

holes of golf, and a shared exchange of ideas that would evolve into something much larger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Architects of Golf honors that origin story and the game that gave the founders space to think<\/p>\n\n\n\n

freely, build creatively, and shape what would become one of the most recognized names in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

modern American whiskey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGolf and bourbon are similar in that they both bring people together. Penelope started as an<\/p>\n\n\n\n

idea on a golf course, so we felt it was only natural to expand our Architect line into this area,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

says Michael Paladini, Founder and Vice President of Strategy at Penelope Bourbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cArchitects of Golf is a nod to the subtleties of the game and where some of our best ideas took<\/p>\n\n\n\n

shape. The introduction of American Oak Staves into our blends reflects how small adjustments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

can have a big impact on the overall product.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting the progression of a round of golf itself, the Architects of Golf collection features three<\/p>\n\n\n\n

distinct expressions \u2014 Hole 1, Hole 2, and Hole 3 \u2014 each building on the last through distinct<\/p>\n\n\n\n

stave finishing techniques implemented at different intensities and over different lengths of time,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

inviting consumers to slow down, connect, and savor the experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Architects of Golf Hole 1<\/strong> opens with aromas of caramel and butterscotch layered with<\/p>\n\n\n\n

baking spices and nutmeg. On the palate, dark chocolate, sweet oak, and roasted nuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

lead into a finish of lingering sweet oak, vanilla, subtle leather, and spice, delivering a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

smooth, balanced introduction to the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Architects of Golf Hole 2<\/strong> delivers a more structured profile, opening with aromas of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

butterscotch, baking spices, and sweet fruit. On the palate, dark chocolate, butterscotch,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

vanilla, and French toast build layered richness, leading into a finish of lingering sweet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

oak, vanilla, subtle leather, and spice for a deeper, more robust expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Architects of Golf Hole 3<\/strong> showcases the most robust stave influence of the three, with<\/p>\n\n\n\n

prominent vanilla layered over rich toast and baking spice. Aromas of caramel and dried<\/p>\n\n\n\n

red fruit lead into a fuller palate of chocolate mousse, vanilla, and lingering oak, finishing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

with toasted oak, cherry, and dark chocolate for a layered, concentrated profile.\u201cEach hole represents a distinct batch.\u201d said Danny Polise, Founder and Master Blender of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the launch, Penelope Bourbon has also created a lineup of golf-inspired seasonal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

cocktails, including the \u201cPear on the Green\u201d and \u201cThe Southern Fairway,\u201d designed to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

complement the collection\u2019s flavor profiles while elevating occasions both on and off the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
