Name: Prichard’s Lincoln County Lightning
ABV: 45
Proof: 90
Price: around $20
Notes: On the nose, Prichard’s Lincoln County Lightning has a lot of grain, sweet corn, and vanilla. At first sip you are hit with a burst of corn flavor which slowly mellows out and allows a slight vanilla flavor to move in. The finish is short but with a nice cornbread taste. We received this whiskey a while back and only recently got around to reviewing it. I enjoyed this whiskey but would most likely reach for something else over this one. We tried Lincoln County Lightning on the rocks and in a cocktail, but enjoyed it best on the rocks.
