Notes: Georgia Sour Mash Whiskey has a pleasant oak and sweet corn scent to it. At the first sip, I can taste the sweet corn with some vanilla, caramel, and oak. Although it is only aged 1 year this whiskey is exceptionally smooth. The finish is moderate with familiar tastes of vanilla, sweet corn, oak, and just the right amount of spice. I find this to be a great whiskey an addition to my collection.
