Notes: Breckenridge Bourbon has a pleasant sweet and woodsy aroma. You can definitely taste vanilla and oak which doesn’t fade but makes room for a nice caramel flavor to move in. The finish is nice with a slight burn but nothing overpowering and it long lasting which was surprising. This is a fine Bourbon that we feel many will enjoy. The folks at Breckenridge Distillery did a fine job with this one. We enjoyed ours neat and also with a splash of water which really brought opened it up. This Bourbon was enjoyed on my very first trip to Colorado and was a great welcoming present. I even had the pleasure of visiting Breckenridge when I was there. I definitely recommend this Bourbon.
