Notes: On the nose FEW Single Malt has a spicy, deep wood and vanilla aroma. The palate is filled with chocolate, dry oak, vanilla, smoke, and caramel flavors. The smooth finish is long, dry, and smoky with oak and chocolate being the prominent flavors. The chocolate and oak flavors make this one unique and leave you wanting more. I tried this whisky neat and with a splash. It is a very dry whisky and I enjoyed it best neat. Adding a splash seemed to take away from the flavor a bit too much. This whisky is delicious and my favorite of the three FEW spirits I tried. What I enjoyed most is the dark chocolate flavor, which complemented the dry oak flavor very well. Overall, this is a great whisky and one that I will definitely keep on hand.
