Also examine how bacteria and other microbes play a role in flavor development? Finish off our scientific walk-through of the Bourbon making process with a look at barrel aging and exclusive selection and tasting of various Wilderness Trail Bourbons and rye whiskies – which have yet to be released and are not yet available to the public. Wrap up discussions during a Bourbon-themed luncheon with the experts for additional discussion and interaction.
