Aside from our love of bourbon we are big fans of craft beer and do a little home brewing as well. I have brewed many times but I generally brew IPA’s or Imperial IPA’s that are usually too hoppy and strong for my wife. A few weeks ago when trying to decide what to do for a date night, we decided to home brew together for the first time. This time we brewed a recipe that she would enjoy, an American Pale Wheat with blueberries, not usually my style but I think it’s going to turn out good and I had fun brewing with the wife, drinking some good beer, and listening to some great tunes.
