Food: Sriracha is one of my favorite condiments already but now that Sosu decided to age it in whiskey barrels it is definitely going to be on the top of the list. Sosu ages the Sriracha in whiskey barrels for 1-3 months. The Sriracha takes on the wonderful and complex flavors from the oak barrels. There are no preservatives or additives in the Sriracha either which is great. Each bottle is handcrafted and made in small batches to ensure the most intense flavors.
