The Bar at Husk Restaurant in Charleston, SC, is our featured bar this week. It’s easy to see what all the hype is about when you visit Husk. Husk has great southern food, atmosphere, and an amazing drink list. I suggest the Fire In The Orchard, their seasonal riff on the old fashioned, with Rye whiskey, smoked apple juice, Cointreau, brandy, bitters, pickled jalapeno and a sugar cube over ice.  They also make the perfect sphere ice cubes.
