Food: Sriracha is amazing stuff. It can add a great deal of flavor to a variety of foods like eggs, meats, and soups. I make a simple wing glaze using 1 part honey, 1 part sriracha, a dash of whiskey, and a little fresh cilantro. Often times we reach for one brand of sriracha not realizing there are several to choose from. Today we feature another great sriracha sauce from Tabasco. This sriracha has a nice sweet, tangy, spicy, and garlicky flavor to it. It is a delicious sriracha that will add a nice flavor to numerous foods and a change from your usual sriracha choice.
