News: Four Roses Adds a Second Visitor Center.

Four Roses Bourbon has a new visitor center at its Cox’s Creek, Ky.-area warehousing and bottling facility.

The new facility, which is about 2,500 square feet, is located off of Ky. 245 in Cox’s Creek, which is about 13 miles south of Mount Washington in Nelson County. It’s expected to attract more than 20,000 guests annually and will create 12 jobs, according to a news release from Gov. Steve Beshear’s office. The expansion cost the company about $500,000.

The visitor center features antique bottles, vintage advertising and other memorabilia from the Four Roses archives. Tours will emphasize operations at the facility, including warehousing, barreling and bottling. The visitor center also has a bourbon-tasting bar that will allow for sampling.
