In honor of Cinco De Mayo our friends at Corralejo Tequila sent us a few samples to try. Since we are far from tequila experts we didn’t write a review. Instead we wanted to share some cocktail recipes featuring the tequilas they sent us. These recipes use either the Corralejo Reposado or the Corralejo Blanco expressions and are some of our favorite tequila recipes. Our Bourbon & Oak classic margarita is our simple take on a classic margarita. We hope you enjoy these recipes on this day and many others. Pick up a bottle of Corralejo Tequilas, mix up a cocktail, and enjoy. The Reposado is a great sipper as well.
Ingredients:
1. Rub rims of 4 chilled glasses with lime wedge; dip rims in salt to coat. Fill glasses with ice.
