Notes: Georgia Sour Mash Whiskey has a pleasant light corn scent to it almost like a sweet corn muffin. At first sip I noticed a sweet corn taste with some hints of vanilla & honey. The finish is moderate and mellow, with a sweet corn and vanilla taste that lingers. I am not a huge fan of unaged spirits, but lately I have been sampling a lot of corn whiskeys and haven’t found one that I really enjoyed, that all changed with this one. I find the taste of Georgia Sour Mash to be almost perfect. It is exceptionally smooth and always leaves me wanting more. I tried this several ways but it enjoyed it best neat or with a splash.
