Recipe: This recipe comes from one of our readers who wanted to share this with us. It is a great recipe that makes about 4 dozen bourbon balls. My wife and I made these last weekend and they turned out great.

2 1/2 graham crackers crushed

3/4 cup bourbon of choice

3 tablespoons light corn syrup

1/2 cup powder sugar

6 ounces chocolate chips

granulated sugar

1 cup ground pecans

1. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the graham crackers, ground pecans and powdered sugar.

2. In a small pan heat chocolate chips over low heat until almost melted (it will melt more as you stir). Stir in bourbon and corn syrup to combine.

3. Add the chocolate mixture to the crumbs mixture, and stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.

4. Pour some granulated sugar into a dish. Form the chocolate mixture into small balls the size of grapes, and roll each ball in the sugar. Serve & Enjoy.
