Drink: Koval Distillery in Chicago is making a whiskey entirely from millet. It is 80 proof and aged in new American oak from Minnesota. Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest. Koval is definitely making a name for themselves in a very difficult market to stand out in and all their products are organic.
