Bourbon Fix Recipe

2 1/2 oz. bourbon 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon pineapple juice 1 pineapple spear, for garnish Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, and pineapple juice into a shaker 2/3 full of crushed ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with the pineapple spear.
