2 1/2 oz. bourbon 1 1/2 tablespoons simple syrup Egg whites from 1 egg Ground or freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish Pour the bourbon and simple syrup into a shaker 2/3 full of ice cubes. Add the egg whites. Shake very well. Strain into a chilled wineglass. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Enjoy!
